About the Geothermal Energy Association

The Geothermal Energy Association, composed of companies that support the development of geothermal resources, is the industry's trade association in Washington. GEA's members have offices and operations in many states and throughout the world. GEA works to support the production of energy through facilitating a network around geothermal power plants and by expanding the public knowledge of this renewable, sustainable energy source.

GEA's activities include a weekly newsletter, various specialized reports, putting on workshops and participating in conferences, providing a voice for growing requests from press, and providing a forum for discussion within the industry. GEA's collective data is available free of charge at www.geo-energy.org.
